We ship luxury goods worldwide! Please note that all items entering countries outside the US are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. If you have questions, please contact your local customs department. All extra expense is borne by the customer.

No Risk Hassle-Free Return Policy

We guarantee all products 100% Authentic. Customer satisfaction is our number #1 GOAL . For handbags, we will attach a security tag. It is easily removable with scissors. All we ask is that you do not remove the security tag until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns will be automatically voided once the security tag is tempered with. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. 14 days will be based on the day of delivery till the post-mark date of your package being returned. You must return the item in the original, unused condition, with all original paperwork, tags and box, and with the security tag firmly attached for handbags. We cannot accept returns if any of the above criteria is not met.

Please note: Due to the valuable nature of higher-end items, items that are sold for over $3000 have a limited 5-day return policy from the day of delivery till the return post-mark date .

How do I return an item?
Follow these simple steps:

1. Inspect your items. Try on clothes, shoes or accessories for sizing and fitting. Do not remove any original tags or security tags (in the case handbags), if you are not satisfied with your purchase and plan to return it.
2. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt till the post-mark return date.
3. Send us an email to inform us of your intention of return for refund or request for exchange with the return shipment tracking information, click here to Contact Us.
4. We will email you a RMA form which you need to fill out and return with your package. For exchanges, please state the item# of the product you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability and we will try our best to fulfill the request. We will either send you an invoice for the difference or refund you the credit via your original payment. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders for exchanges. International exchanges will be charged our normal international shipping rates.
5. Package your return. Package the return items securely with the RMA form. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, paperwork and dustbag etc. Please use a secure delivery method that provides tracking information and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items.

Refunds are made within 2-3 business days upon receipt. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method minus shipping fees and a 3% restocking fee.
